The Wellness Walk Is Back For Its Fifth Year!

This walk is a fantastic opportunity for you to get out for a walk, increase your physical activity while showing your support
for people living with mental illness, their families and carers. 

There are two walks to choose from; either 2km walk around the beautiful Royal Botanic Gardens or a 5.9km across the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge and back. At the finish line in the grounds of Government House you can enjoy the Wellness Festival. 

The Wellness Walk for mental illness is a fantastic day out for the family. Come along and show your support for mental health and wellness.
